WELCOME TO THE TINKERBELL AND FRIENDS INSPIRED MAKEUP CONTEST!!
Here are the rules:
1) Create a look inspired by a Tinkerbell character
2) You get 2 entries. 2nd entry can be done on a model as long as the 1st entry is done on YOURSELF.
3) Your entry must be in collage form with 3 or more pictures of your look (please include a picture of your inspiration as well).
4) "I <3 Sugarbaby" must be WRITTEN either on you or on a piece of paper, with your face in the picture. ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOSHOPPING IT IN.
5) The contest will end June 20, 2012.
6) Please send your entry to Sugarbabybeauty85@gmail.com with Beginner or Expert along with it.
If you do not know if you are a beginner or expert..let me know and the judges and i will decide..but if you have entered 4 or more makeup contest..you are considered an expert. Also, if you are a professional makeup artist, you are an expert (I say this because yes, people have tried to enter contest as beginners and they are either professionals or have entered a ton of other contest). It's not fair to beginners to have someone at expert level in the category.
